TOLLGATE ISLANDS RACE

The Tollgate Islands Race is one of Sydney’s premier offshore challenges, covering 260 nautical miles from Sydney Harbour down the coast to the Tollgate Islands off Batemans Bay, before returning to finish off Watsons Bay. Starting at 4:55pm (AEST) on Friday the 17th of October, the fleet races through the night and into the next day, testing endurance, skill, and teamwork. Spectators can expect dramatic coastal and offshore sailing, with yachts navigating changing winds, ocean swells, and tactical coastal passages.
